Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging.

Before returning any item, please contact us at us@saipwell.com to obtain return authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Any shortages, shipping damage, or product discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Products that have been installed, modified, or altered are not eligible for return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Modified products
  • Special-order items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For lost shipments, our team will assist with the carrier investigation process and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
